Return Policy
At Indomitable Leather Co., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our heirloom-quality custom leather goods and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made items (any items that are not readily available for immediate purchase that has anything added or changed from its original state of purchase) are NOT eligible for refunds. However, we will replace any defective hardware or accessories on custom-made items.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at indomitableleatherco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
All of our products go through a very extensive Quality Assurance process, even during the packaging process. All hardware and craftmanship comes with a limited Lifetime Warranty, protecting your items from any manufacturing defects in either. Damage incurred during normal use and operation are NOT covered nor is negligent use of items which is easily discerned. Any returned items deemed damaged by negligent use will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. Customer will be contacted prior to any return shipment/delivery.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- For custom-made items, we will replace any defective hardware pieces,
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless otherwise expressed in writing by Indomitable Leather Co.
